I have 33 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with 19 years in assisted living and the last 14 years dedicated to memory care. Throughout my years of serving residents, memory care has been the most rewarding part of my career. My name is Brittany Jackson, and I have worked in healthcare for over 10 years. As the Memory Care Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the care and well-being of our residents. I keep their documents up to date, ensure compliance, and work with staff to uphold Residents’ Rights. I have always loved taking care of people, and our residents hold a special place in my heart. I want to make sure they always feel how loved they are—whether that means listening to them reminisce or simply sitting with them when they need comfort. Getting to know our residents, advocating for them, and being a part of their lives is incredibly meaningful to me. I’m grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in their lives.

With 17 years of experience in food service, including 12 years as a Dietary Manager and a ServSafe certification, I am passionate about providing nutritious, enjoyable meals while creating a positive dining experience for our residents. After 5 years at Rose Tara, I am proud to know our residents and help make mealtimes special.

With 14½ years of dedicated service at Rose Tara Senior Living, he serves as an Environmental Services Technician, overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the community. He is responsible for routine repairs, preventative maintenance, safety checks, and ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, functional, and comfortable for residents and staff. His extensive experience and commitment make him a dependable and valued member of the Rose Tara team.
